Combine the boiling water with the gelatin and sugar in a medium bowl.
Stir continuously to ensure the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely.
Add the cold water to the mixture and stir well.
Ensure the mixture is well combined for an even texture.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during freezing.
Freeze the molds for about 2 hours until the mixture is semi-firm.
Check the pops after 2 hours to ensure they are ready for the sticks.
Insert sticks into the semi-firm pops and freeze overnight until fully set.
Ensure the sticks are centered for easier handling.
To serve, remove the pops from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
